We’re offering flu vaccinations this autumn for eligible patients.

Who’s eligible?

• Adults aged 65+
• Pregnant women
• Adults & children with long-term health conditions
• Children aged 2 to 3
• Carers, care home residents & frontline health/social care staff

When and where?

• Walk-in flu clinics:
  • Wednesday 10th December from 3.30pm to 6pm (Thornton road surgery)
• Booked appointments available at Thornton Road and Valley Park Surgery, please call the surgery
• Evening and Saturday sessions also available
